Please note that we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase, as all sales are final.
Exchange Policy
We only accept exchanges in the event that an item is found to be faulty, damaged, or if there has been an error in fulfilling your order.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will review your case and provide you with instructions to facilitate the exchange process.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
