SHIPPING POLICY

At NILLI LONDON, we are dedicated to delivering handcrafted, high-quality abayas with the utmost care and professionalism. Each abaya is individually made to order by skilled artisans, and as such, the production process requires approximately four to six weeks. This time frame ensures that every garment is created with exceptional attention to detail and the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Production Time

All of our garments are handmade to order. Production requires approximately 4–6 weeks to ensure the finest quality and craftsmanship.

Shipping and Delivery

Upon completion of production, orders are shipped from our atelier in Dubai to our dispatch center in England. From there, they are sent directly to our customers. The combined shipping and final delivery process typically takes up to 2 weeks.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information shall be provided once the order has been dispatched from England.
